Welcome to Dimensional Touch
Dimensional Touch is Morag McDowall, an advanced massage and bodywork therapist. Morag is based in Fleet. Here she treats many people with pain conditions and dysfunctions.
Morag uses a combination of techniques during her treatments, which generally achieve better results than just massage therapy alone. This is also important as each person is a unique individual and even if one person displays the same symptoms as someone else, their treatments could be completely different. Treatments are tailored to the individual.
Morag continuously updates and adds to her skillset, bringing you many dimensions to her touch!
Morag has always been a keen road runner at half marathon and marathon distance. However, in more recent years, she has turned to triathlon at sprint, standard and more recently middle distance. She represented GB in 2012 at the World Age-Group Triathlon Championships in New Zealand at sprint distance. In 2014, she travelled to Kitzbuhel, Austria to represent GB at the European Age-Group Triathlon Championships at standard distance, Aug/Sep 2014, Morag was again part of Team GB at the World Age-Group Championships and Grand Final in Edmonton, Canada at standard distance and in September 2015 she was in Chicago but this time at both aquathlon and standard distances. On June 28th 2015, Morag won a Silver Medal at the National Middle Distance Championships - it was her first time at this distance.
2016 was an excellent season with a silver medal at the National Standard Distance Championships at the beginning of May. Then an excellent 8th placed AG finish at the European Championships at standard distance in Lisbon on 29th May. 3rd July saw Morag win the vets category at the Cowman Middle Distance Triathlon with a 5th placed female result overall. She was also 2nd in age group at the Alpe d'Huez Long Course Triathlon and was 8th and 11th respectively at the Aquathlon and Standard Distance World Championships.
2017 was also a decent season for Morag as she won her first race outright across all age groups. She skipped the Europeans this year in favour of Ironman 70.3 UK Wimbleball where she placed second in age group which was a seriously tough day at the office. She was then 24th in the World Championships in Rotterdam and was crowned British Duathlon Champion of her age group at standard distance back in April.
2018 was a rest year.
2019 - coming back into some kind of form, Morag raced Ironman 70.3 Peru in April and qualified for the Ironman 70.3 World Championships in Nice on 7 Sep.
All of these races are self funded and nothing is provided by British Triathlon, not even the kit, so sponsorship is ALWAYS welcomed. If you'd like to sponsor Morag, please contact her on 07976 711235 or on email at firstname.lastname@example.org
