The problem isn't always where the pain is.
Pain tells us where to begin. It doesn't always tell us the whole story.
You might have arrived here because you're experiencing:
- Jaw pain or clicking
- Jaw clenching or teeth grinding
- Headaches or facial pain
- Neck pain or stiffness
- Persistent back pain
- Muscle tension
- Restricted movement
If so you're in the right place
There isn't one treatment that suits everybody.
Over the past 23 years, I've learnt that the body rarely responds to just one approach. That's why I've continued to study different ways of working, including Myofascial Release, Craniosacral Therapy, Massage and Specialist Jaw (TMJ) treatment.
Not because one is better than another.
But because each offers something different.
What matters most isn't the name of the technique. It's knowing when to use it.
Every appointment begins with your story.
You tell me what's been happening, how it's affecting your life, and where you're feeling pain, tension or restriction.
That's usually where we'll begin.
As your body begins to respond, it often reveals where we need to go next.
There's rarely a fixed route.
Every body is different.
Every treatment develops differently.
My role is to understand what your body is showing us and choose the techniques that will best support you along the way.
You may already know you'd like Myofascial Release, Craniosacral Therapy, specialist Jaw (TMJ) treatment or simply a massage.
Or you may not know what you need at all.
Either is absolutely fine.
You don't need to choose the treatment
That's my job
You just need to take the first step
Why My Approach Is Different
People often ask me,
"How did you know where to go?"
The honest answer is that every body tells a different story.
I often think of treatment like conducting an orchestra.
Sometimes it's the violins.
Sometimes it's the cellos.
Sometimes the whole orchestra is playing.
My role isn't to make every instrument play.
It's to recognise which ones need to be heard.
Treatment is much the same.
Some people benefit mainly from Myofascial Release.
Others respond best to Craniosacral Therapy.
Someone with jaw pain may need specialist intraoral treatment.
Someone else may benefit from massage, or from working elsewhere in the body before we even touch the jaw.
And sometimes it's not one technique at all. Sometimes it's the whole orchestra working together.
There's no formula.
There's no protocol.
No routine.
Just careful listening, skilled assessment and over two decades of experience helping me choose the right approach for the person in front of me.

In Their Words
"What Morag offers is unique. I'd struggled with TMJ for years, having been bounced between GPs and dentists. After just one appointment there was an immediate reduction in my pain and I slept more soundly that night. I booked my second appointment without hesitation."
— K. Magill
"I have been seeing Morag for years and can honestly say she has healing hands. She has helped me through the good times and the bad. Whether it's massage or Craniosacral Therapy, Morag always listens to my body and seems to intuitively know what the right thing to do is. She is highly skilled and I would highly recommend her."
