5-week baby massage courses
Dimensional Touch baby massage courses are run by Morag, an experienced and certified baby massage instructor. They are for babies between the ages of 8 weeks and crawling. (Unfortunately, if your baby is already on the move, it will be incredibly difficult for you to learn baby massage in a class scenario.)
What can you expect from a baby massage course?
My aim is to teach you baby massage techniques in a relaxed and informal atmosphere across a 5 week period. We'll start with massaging the legs and build up the massage areas of the body across the weeks until we are doing a full body massage (legs, tummy, chest, arms, back, face). I want you to have fun and meet other new mums too in a welcoming space.
I provide everything that you will need for the massage class - mats, towels, oil, technique overview handouts and a certificate of achievement at the end. Just bring yourself and your baby and anything else you would bring on a trip out with baby.
Venue and Prices
5 week baby massage courses cost £52 and will take place on Wednesday mornings from 1030 until 1130. The courses will be held in the creche at The Church on the Heath, The Key, Elvetham Heath, Fleet. Maximum 8 places per course. (Note that the courses will not run if there are less than 5 places filled).
There is then the opportunity to enjoy a coffee and homemade cake at the cafe in the Church, immediately after class.
You can pay in advance by Paypal online - please see below. Or you can post a cheque, made payable to Morag McDowall, to 42 Ramsdell Road, Elvetham Heath, Fleet. Confirmation of your space on the class will be emailed to you at least one week before the course begins (except for the April course, see below) - please ensure you tell me your email address if you are posting a cheque. Advanced booking is advised to ensure your place is reserved!
